Stay close to the base area and enjoy the spacious deck at Racquet Club #321. This two-bedroom, two-bath pet-friendly condo sleeps six. It’s located two blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and close to the Bear shuttle stop. Entering the condo, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV with Dish service. The kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher. The dining area by the fireplace seats four. The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs in the loft, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed. The second full bath, also upstairs, has a shower/tub combo. This unit shares a private deck area with Racquet Club #320, which is also represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals; combined, these units would be ideal for a larger group.

This condo is a pet-friendly home; up to two of your pets can stay for an additional fee.
Racquet Club #321 is on the third floor and accessed by two flights of stairs, plus an additional flight of stairs to the loft. It does not have a washer or dryer.

This unit is one of six units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Racquet Club condo complex. They are within walking distance of one another and two blocks from the ski area.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin daybed. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Gas fireplace, flat-screen smart TV with Dish service. Radiant ceiling heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Racquet Club #321 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (6 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.5 miles (seven minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. 

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
