Scenic Chair
Enjoy Angel Fire and the Moreno Valley like never before on the summer’s longest, fastest high speed quad (over 2 miles long!) chairlift in the world. Take in the beautiful mountain views as our scenic chairlift whisks you 2000 vertical feet to the mountain summit at 10,677 feet. Once at the top, you can enjoy disc golf and hiking, and enjoy lunch with a view from the Summit Haus. When you are ready to head back, you have the option of either hiking down or riding the chairlift back to the base area. The views on the way down allow you to see the entire valley, Wheeler Peak, and Eagle Nest Lake State Park.

Angel Fire Resort’s Monte Verde Lake is a beautiful spring-fed, high-mountain lake in the heart of Angel Fire. Stop by and enjoy boating, paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, or just relaxing on the shore. Please note that swimming is not allowed.
