Racquet Club #150 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that sleeps eight, located two blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and close to the Bear shuttle stop.

This ground-floor condo has a kitchen with full-size appliances including a dishwasher. The dining area seats six. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with Dish TV service. There is a stacked washer/dryer.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds. The second full bath has a shower.

This condo is a pet-friendly home; up to two of your pets can stay for an additional fee.
This unit is one of six units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Racquet Club condo complex. They are within walking distance of one another and two blocks from the ski area.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Two twin/twin bunk beds. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.

INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with Dish TV service.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.

GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

LOCATION: Racquet Club #150 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift and across from the Bear shuttle stop. It is 2.5 miles (six minutes driving) from the country club.

PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.

POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

WHAT TO KNOW:

This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.

Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.

Smoking is not permitted on our properties.

Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.

4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
