Tatanka Blanca

Nestled high above the golf course, Tatanka Blanca offers you beautiful mountain vistas of pine and aspen. Enjoy mountain hikes while staying just eleven minutes from the ski base area and eight minutes from the Angel Fire Country Club. This three-bedroom, two-bath house sleeps six in a cozy mountain getaway. The first floor has an open living area with a double-height ceiling. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher and a gas range. The dining table seats six and the counter seats three. The living area has a wood-burning fireplace and a Samsung smart TV with seating for five. The wall of windows brings the outdoors inside. The deck is accessed from the living room and the dining area, and is the perfect place to enjoy the mountain views over the Moreno Valley to Baldy Mountain and see local wildlife. The gas grill on the covered porch is ideal for cookouts. Also downstairs are the two guest bedrooms, both with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs is a loft sitting area overlooking the living room with seating for five. The main bedroom has a king bed, a private deck perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset over the ridge, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. The house has central heating. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

This property requires four-wheel drive or chains in the winter.
Tatanka Blanca is a dog-friendly home; up to two of your dogs can stay for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE - There is a short flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this home.
Please be aware that this property has a front-door camera and exterior wildlife cameras.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, dual drip/pod coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV. Central heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Wraparound deck/porch with seating, gas grill.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Tatanka Blanca is a little over a mile’s walk to the Cougar Trailhead. It is 3.1 miles from the ski area (an 11-minute drive) and 2.5 miles (8 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The garage is not accessible. The driveway will accommodate up to four vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. 

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
