This luxury townhome is on the first hole of the Angel Fire golf course, with the upstairs living area taking in the fairway and beautiful mountain views.
On the upper level, the great room has a kiva fireplace and a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling and opens into the dining area, with seating for 4. The fully-furnished kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher and glass-top range. There is a coat closet and a stacked washer/dryer.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Across the hall is the second bathroom, with a shower-tub combo.
The lower level has two living areas and walk-out access to the back yard. There is a bar kitchen in one of the living areas with a toaster oven and small refrigerator. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a shower-tub combo. Also in the downstairs living area is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin-over-full bunk bed. A full-size washer and dryer are in the utility room. The back yard features rustic seating, a fire pit, flagstone patio, and sweeping views of the Angel Fire golf course.
Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
37 Clay Terrace is walking distance to the Angel Fire Country Club and Nordic Center, putting golf, tennis, swimming, Nordic skiing, and the sledding hill just steps away. Olympic Park is also within walking distance. The ski area at Angel Fire Resort is two miles away.
