Angel Fire Chalet #63

A block from the ski base area, this single-level condo at the Angel Fire Chalets is close to everything, with a view of the beginner’s area. Angel Fire Chalet #63 sleeps 6 in two bedrooms and two baths, and the primary bedroom has a king bed, a gas fireplace, and its own deck.

A flight of exterior stairs leads to a covered entry landing with a bench. Inside, several steps lead down to the open living and dining area, where sliding doors open to the main deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The dining table seats 6 with four chairs and a bench, and 3 more stools line the kitchen bar. The kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and an electric range.

The primary bedroom has a four-poster king bed, a gas fireplace with a stone surround and a flat-screen TV above it, and a sliding door to a private deck. Its en suite bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the hall bathroom has a shower-tub combo. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hall closet.

The main deck, off the living area, has a table and chairs for 4 and a view of the beginner’s area. A second, more secluded deck opens off the primary bedroom.

Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.

INDOOR LIVING: Gas fireplace in the living room, gas fireplace in the primary bedroom. Flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room, flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom. Full-size washer and dryer in the hall closet. Radiant ceiling heating. This property is not air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Main deck off the living area with a table and chairs for 4, private deck off the primary bedroom.
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, linens and towels, hair dryers, hangers, kitchen starter pack, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. Pack and plays and high chairs can be requested for an additional fee, subject to availability.
LOCATION: A block (5 minutes’ walk or less) from the ski base area. 9 minutes’ drive (2.5 miles) from the Angel Fire Country Club. One of six Angel Fire Chalets condos offered by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, all within walking distance of one another.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space.
POOL AND FITNESS: Not on-site. The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club, 2.5 miles away, are open to guests for a daily, weekly, or monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort are reserved for Lodge and Eagle Wing Suites guests and are not included with this condo.

WHAT TO KNOW:
Check-in is after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane. Please return keys and fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. at check-out.
A flight of exterior stairs leads to the condo’s entrance.
Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, so the housekeeping team removes trash after check-out. Please bag all trash and leave it inside the condo, not outside or on the deck, where wildlife can get into it. If you need to remove trash during your stay, please take it to the Angel Fire Recycle Park, 27 Halo Pines Terrace.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere at this property, including decks and patios.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is not required to reach this condo, but winter driving conditions (November–March) can be difficult. Please use caution if you are not used to winter driving.
