Angel Fire Chalet #20 is an upper-level condo that sleeps six and is one block from the Chile Express chairlift. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo has been updated with a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings among other touches. It has lots of rustic character, perfect for a couple or family wanting to be close to the base area.

The renovated kitchen has all-new full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, and is well-stocked for preparing meals. The counter has stool seating for three. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. The loft is accessed by ladder from the living room and has a full bed.

The bedroom has a new king bed and a flat-screen TV. It connects to the renovated full bath with a brand-new tiled shower.

Wi-Fi is provided. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo.

NON-PET FRIENDLY.

This is one of seven units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Angel Fire Chalets condo complex. All are within walking distance of one another and the ski area.

 

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Living room: Queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker.

INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player. Radiant ceiling heating.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.

GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

LOCATION: Angel Fire Chalet #20 is a quick walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (9 minutes driving) from the country club.

PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.

POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

 

WHAT TO KNOW:

This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.

Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.

Smoking is not permitted on our properties.

Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.

4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
